Q: Why should my company list on VendorMD.com?
VendorMD.com is visited hundreds of times a month by potential medical buyers especially physicians. They are one step closer to purchase and usually know what they are looking for. We want to provide them with good options and it is a great idea for your company to be in the list.
Q: I cannot choose LOCATION or CATEGORIES when I try to order!
If you are not able to see the CATEGORIES or LOCATIONS in the order form and they appear like empty boxes then this is for you. Type http://vendorMD.com in your browser (without the www. ) and try again. You will be able to see and choose CATEGORIES and LOCATION now.
Q. How do I get my listing on the first or second page?
Free listings may not appear on the first page. If you want your lisitng to appear on the first or the second page then consider upgrading to Standard or Premium listing. Premium listings get the first preference followed by Standard Listings.
Q: When will my listing appear ?
Your listing will appear usually in 24 to 48 hours once it is approved by our editors. You will also receive an email confirming the same.
Q: Why was my listing category changed?
Our editors may change the category of your listing to make it easily searchable by VendorMD.com visitors. Our attempt is to let our visitors reach your listing easily and reliably. Do note that our reviewers are physicians and they know how they will search for your product.
Q: Why was my listing rejected?
VendorMD reserves the right to accept or reject listing without assigning any reason. However most rejections are usually because of your product being not appropriate for the medical vendor directory.
Q: What if I cannot find a suitable category for my listing?
Only the listing category which have atleast one listing in it are visible on the medical vendor directory. You may be able to choose more categories when you log in. If your desired category is not created, send us a request and we may do so for you. But there is an easy way - just submit your listing under any category and we will either find a suitable listing category for your product or create a new one. Remember we screen all listings to make sure they are in appropriate category.
Q: What is VendorMD refund policy?
You can cancel your order by contacing us in writing within seven days. We will refund your payment minus the credit card fees by paypal.
